Defective Products:

Non-Defective Products:

For non-defective products, we accept returns within 10 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Return Process:

2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. Our team will guide you through the return procedure and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and ship it back to us.
5. Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Refunds:

Upon approval of your return, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exclusions:

• Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
