For non-defective products, we accept returns within 10 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Return Process:

- Our team will guide you through the return procedure and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and ship it back to us.
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund or exchange accordingly.
Refunds:
Upon approval of your return, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exclusions:
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
